Live Show: Zambia Stand Up!

This weekend on Biggie’s stage is Zambia’s Pompi also known as The African Eagle. The 27-year-old musician has been in the industry for the past ten years and is still kicking strong. His music is highly inspired by the message of the gospel and is a creative combination of Afrosoul, R&B and Rap.

Not only does Pompi live his life with music but he also acts as an Ambassador to African youth, showing the achievements that can be made off talent. Talk about being a much needed inspiration to the youth of our continent.

Pompi released his first album called Mizu on the 8th of December 2012 and it was the highest selling album at Sounds Investments for more than 12 weeks. But amongst his many achievements in his short career, being featured on a four-page article in the prestigious Rolling Stones magazine had to be the most impressive of them all.

This young Zambian will be giving the Housemates a taste of what he deems as music, considering that he went to America to study how music is used for civil engagement. We can’t wait to experience how he has used his worldly involvements has influenced his musical arrangement.

Stay tuned to DStv channels 197 and 198 for all your Big Brother Africa The Chase action or catch the daily shows on Africa Magic Entertainment (DStv channel 150) at 20:00 CAT.
