Airtel Picnic: The Michael Bassey Show

As usual the Chasemates were treated to a picnic thanks to our wonderful sponsor, Airtel . HoH Sulu gave a brief introduction of the Show’s host Bassey who was looking very fresh in his yellow and white t-shirt and designer sunglasses.

First contestant on the show who had to introduce herself was Eveva who did that with ease and all the flair she could master for her new family. She told the gang that she was a massage therapist who owned a salon as well. She explained how she came to being a massage therapist but mostly attributing her career to her supportive parents, she was adopted. She went on to tell Bassey that she started singing when she was 16 years old and she is trying to record in studio back home but nothing is finalized just yet.

She admitted that she has been trying to get into Biggie’s House for the past 6 years and finally it has happened. She encouraged the Housemates to never give up on what they want and always maintain who they are. When Bassey asked her who she thinks she would be attracted to in the House, she simply said ‘you Bassey’ and everyone broke into laughter. But of course she said she was joking. Really? She ended her interview with her oen rendition of Bob Marley’s No Woman No Cry, except she squeezed in the word Airtel into the song and all the Housemates sang along with her. As if that was not enough, she sang a solo about Airtel being for everyone in Africa. Well done Eveva.

Second on the spot was Kenya’s Alusa who came across as shy as he introduced himself to everyone. He told them that he was in a committed relationship with his second baby momma thus hinting that he isn’t here for a hook up. Bassey complimented him by saying that he has a nice boy look and he told him that he looks even better when his face is shaved and with that statement he had the ladies screaming. Welcome to the Biggie’s world Emeralds.
