Kevin Unveils Own Reality Show In Jos

Winner of Big Brother Africa (The Revolution) in 2009, Kevin Chuwang Pam unveiled in Jos Friday a reality show organised by his outfit, Down to Earth Project Ltd.

The reality show, named 'Jos Bring It On', is a musical talent hunt involving 20 contestants who will be housed at a location in Jos as they demonstrate their talents with an overall prize money of N500,000 in view.

Presenting the contestants to newsmen during a press briefing at Hill Station Hotel in Jos, Kevin said the show which would last for two weeks would start immediately, with the first 10 evictees to be shown the door during a life show on Friday, July 19.

The 20 contestants, 16 males and four females, will be competing in music under varying themes: Love, Peace, HIV, Drugs, and so on.

Kevin said it will be music with meaning. “Through this show, we are starting a subtle revolution in musical lyrics. It will not be like much of what you hear these days that make no meaning,” he asserted.

He said the reality show would be projecting Jos as a city of peace and a place where stars are made. “We mean to bring out stars that will give Lagos stars a run for their fame,” he said, explaining that the show is the maiden edition of what his organisation plans to make an annual event.
