Breaking News: Zolani Drops By In Upville

Late into the morning the Housemates got some words of encouragement from Zolani Mahola the lead singer of South African Afro-fusion band Freshly Ground.

The songstress beamed on screen via satellite link as the excited Housemates listened attentively to her motivating them to soldier on with their ONE campaign Task. “Housemates hang in there, I know that it is not easy to go a day without food but that is what millions of Africans have to go through every day,” she said referencing the part of this week’s Task which will call upon the Housemates to do a bit of fasting in an effort to try and save some food to share with the underprivileged.

The Housemates have also been busy this week harvesting vegetables in their Thrive Garden and they will also be taught how to manufacture compost. To end of the inspirational speech the singer enthused: “Be the change that you want to see in the world.”
