Eviction Diary: Bittersweet Memories

After four weeks in the game, someone’s dreams of walking away from The Chase USD 300 000 richer, are set to go up in smoke.

This afternoon, the Nominated Housemates took to the Diary Room one last time before tonight's eagerly anticipated Evictions to look back on the wonderful and not so wonderful times spent in the House.

All seven of the Nominees expressed their gratitude to Big Brother for affording them the opportunity to be a part of the biggest reality show on the continent. However, the Housemates could not hide the fact that they are more than nervous about tonight's Evictions. "I'm really nervous about tonight's result. I don't want to step out of the house too soon. Unfortunately it is what it is. Everyone has had to get used to the fact that someone has to leave", Elikem said.

The Ghanaian couldn't resist sending a birthday shout out to Pokello's son, who is turning 10 today. How sweet! Pokello on the other hand expressed how proud she is of herself for playing the game the way she has. "With me, what you see is what you get. I'm very happy with the way I have played the game. I have stayed true to myself throughout", Pokello said, after wishing her son a happy birthday.

Nando opened up about his future plans and told Biggie he wants to start studying towards a degree as soon as he exits the House. He also revealed how he never lives his life with regrets. "I haven’t started playing the game yet. However, if I leave tonight, I will be at peace with it because you cannot live your life with regrets", he said.
